The executive’s mission includes leading the launch of 14 new vehicles up to 2025

Fabrice Cambolive was named the new Renault brand’s CEO. The executive will take the post on February 1. In his new function, Cambolive has the mission to consolidate the brand’s sustainable and profitable development and lead the launch of 14 vehicles up to 2025.
“It’s a great pride to have Fabrice Cambolive, with his 30 years at the group, taking command of the Renault brand. His commitment, international experience and profound knowledge of the group will allow him to keep assuring the brand’s progress in value-generating segments. I count on him to orient the teams at the profound transformation the Renault brand will perform in the next years”, said in a note Luca de Meo, Group Renault’s CEO.
A Toulouse Business School graduate, Cambolive joined the group in 1992. He occupied diverse functions in the sales and marketing area, including in international markets, such as Spain, Swiss, France, Germany and Romania.
In 2011, he became sales vice president for Russia and the Eurasian Region. In 2015, he disembarked in Brazil to be the brand’s president. He said farewell to the Brazilian operation in 2017 to act as senior vice-president and president of the Africa Region, Middle East, Asia, and Pacific Committee.
In 2021, Cambolive became Renault brand’s senior Sales and Operations vice-president, responsible for implementing the Renaulution strategic plan in all regional markets. On May 2022, the executive became Renault brand’s COO.
As brand’s CEO, Cambolive will report to Luca de Meo.
