The Randon group (Empresas Randon) keeps firm in its project to expand operations in Brazil and abroad, strengthening its main actuation segments and diversifying business. The company has announced the purchase of 100% of Auttom Automação e Robótica, an industrial technology reference.
With the purchase, the manufacturer based in Caxias do Sul, RS, will unify the structures of Auttom and RTS Industry ‘strengthen the synergy among the units to potentialize the development of industrial automation solutions for the market”, informed the company in a note released this Tuesday, 3/28.
Since mid-2021, when it created RTS Industry, Empresas Randon had an 80% share of Auttom. “With the union of competencies, we are giving more robustness to our operations”, commented the company’s director of Innovation and Advanced Technology, César Augusto Ferreira.
“This way, we aggregate even more value to the delivery of solutions for Auttom’s customers and can accelerate and develop automation projects adapted to our partners’ demands.”
Auttom’s industrial unit will be expanded and transferred to the premises where RTS Industry operates, in the Interlagos neighborhood, in Caxias do Sul. Besides customized industrial automation solutions, such as robotized cells, special machines and electric panels, team training and technical report elaboration are also among Auttom’s services.
