The Fiat Scudo is already among the market leaders

The van is now also offered for subscription

Just nine months in the market, the Scudo is already showing its potential and the strength of Fiat’s dealer net. The van was the country’s second best-selling vehicle in the first bimester with 501 units, behind only the well-known Renault Master, which had 1.1 thousand deliveries.

Sales of the Fiat model, which has cargo and passenger versions, may still seem timid, but it already surpasses Citroën Jumpy’s 421 deliveries and is twice the Peugeot Expert’s, both models from Fiat’s sisters in Stellantis and differing from the Scudo only by their logos.

It happens even with the Cargo Scudo prices starting at R$ 198 thousand, while the same version of the Jumpy begins at R$ 191 thousand, a substantial difference favoring Citroën’s model, especially considering it’s a working model.

Scudo’s sales volume in the first bimester already corresponds to 50% of the deliveries from August through December 2022, the first five months in the Brazilian market of the model produced in Uruguay.

The Scudo, it seems, fulfilled the space left by the end of the Dobló Cargo in the brand’s light commercial lineup and should play an important role in giving continuity to Fiat’s lead among utilitarians. The brand also offers the small Fiorino van and the large Dobló Cargo, which new generation should be presented next week.

SUBSCRIPTION PLANS

From now on, the Scudo Cargo is available through the Flua! subscription program, a Stellantis’ mobility services arm.The Scudo Cargo can be subscribed for 12, 24 or 36 months, with fixed monthly payments beginning at R$ 4,449.00.

The customer may choose between 1 thousand, 2 thousand and 3 thousand monthly kilometers franchises.
The price includes costs such as documentation, insurance with vehicle tracking, scheduled maintenance and countrywide 24-hour assistance.

The Flua! subscription service is already available in 16 states and the Federal District. It has 161 sales points, half in Fiat’s dealerships and the others in Jeep’s and Peugeot’s dealer nets. The subscription also can be made online through Flua!’s website.
