For the first time in Brazil, Electric Days will gather executives from most manufacturers operating in Brazil at the beginning of next week. The event will happen on Monday, 6/26, and Tuesday, 6/27, at Villa Blue Tree, in São Paulo.
Anfavea’s president will participate in the opening, with a speech about “Electrification and Biofuels: the Brazilian solution for reindustrialization and to insert the country in the world market”.
Other executives confirmed at the event are Ricardo Bastos, president of the Brazilian Association of Electric Vehicles (ABVE). Rogelio Golfarb, Ford South America’s vice-president, Oswaldo Ramos, GWM’s COO, Emilio Paganoni, from BMW and Marcelo Godoy, Volvo Car Latin America’s financial director and responsible for the Charging Infrastructure Operation in Brazil.
The event also will count on the participation of Marcelo Rezende, BorgWarner’s Battery Systems director in Brazil, Jose Palazzi, Qualcomm’s senior director in Latin America, and Junior Miranda, GreenV’s CEO. During the Electric Days will be addressed matters such as Brazil’s energy transition and the infrastructure for electrified vehicles – a key element for the dissemination of this kind of products in the country and worldwide.
Electric automobiles and vans will be exhibited during the event, aside from components such as the electric bus battery assembled by BorgWarner in Piracicaba, SP.
