At the end of the first semester, truck deliveries show not only the transport demands but also the main cargo transference tools.

Based on Fenabrave’s data, the market ten bestseller trucks added to 16.1 thousand units, 32% of the market’s 50.3 thousand until July. Only model on the list is a light truck. Medium models also had only one representative. Five heavy and three semi-heavy complete the top ten.

Leading the market and heavy sales with 48% of the total, the Volvo FH 540 is a point out of the curve. It was the only model to see more than three thousand units in the first six months, achieving almost 13% of the heavy models licensed.

Volvo looks very well in the scenario. Besides the FH 540, the brand has the fourth bestseller truck, the FH 460, and leads the semi-heavy sales with the VM 270. The model ended the semester with 1.5 thousand units registered, 10% of its category, which had nearly 15 thousand deliveries in the period.

Unshakable on the top also figures the Volkswagen Delivery 11.180. The only medium truck on the ten bestseller list, it finished the semester with almost half of the 4.5 thousand units licensed with 2.1 thousand deliveries and was second overall.

Mercedes-Benz Accelo 1016 was another singular model in the list. Leader among the light trucks with 1.3 thousand deliveries, it was seventh in the ranking.
