Renault is expanding the number of certified companies able to customize for professional use its vehicles Master and Duster, the Oroch pickup and even the compact Kwid.
Marticar and Revo Brasil have just received the “Agrément Renault”, a brand’s global quality certification of the customizing process so the user does not lose the factory warranty and can use the PRO+ Net specialized structure for routine and scheduled maintenance.
“Renault has a complete vehicle range that can receive more than 100 homologated transformations with assured quality and maintaining all benefits of a dealer net specialized in assisting professional customers”, explains Alex Dias, Renault do Brasil’s professional sales director.
The Renault Pro+ program offers specialized assistance to the brand’s professional customers, from consultancy at the purchase moment to scheduled maintenance. There are 46 accredited dealerships in 19 states and Distrito Federal, with a specific area exclusively dedicated to utility vehicle maintenance.
According to the manufacturer, about 50% of the Master vans undergo some customization. The major demand is for health services and executive transportation. One of Pro+ advantages is more ease of financing the vehicle, as the customer orders the complete vehicle.
Renault informs that Marticar is a van customizer reference, offering numerous solutions for its customers in the passenger transportation segment and mobile work units.
Revo Brasil has an extensive product portfolio for the health (ambulances) and security (police vehicles) segments, as well as service cars.
