In a hard time to get financing, the price makes all the difference at the purchase time. Looking for new consumers for the Renegade lineup, Jeep is announcing a more affordable version, the 1.3 Turbo Flex AT6, for R$ 125.990.
The Renegade now has five configurations. The other options cost R$ 134,990 (Sport T270 Turbo Flex AT6) to R$ 174,990 (S T270 Turbo Flex AT9 4×4 and Trailhawk T270 Turbo Flex AT9 4×4). The intermediate T270 Turbo Flex AT6 costs R$ 150,990.
Presented as “the new entry door for the Jeep world”, the version 1.3 Traction Control 4×2, with the 185 cv T270 engine – is equipped with six airbags, stability and traction control, Control +, Sport mode, and Full LED headlights, among other items.
It also carries autonomous emergency braking, lane-keeping assistant, three USB connectors (one Type C), 17″ light-alloy wheels, start-stop system, six-speed automatic transmission, electronic parking brake, customizable TFT instrument cluster, air-conditioned, 7″ multimedia system with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, cruise controls and adjustable speed limiter.
Like the new version, the Sport and Longitude also have the six-speed automatic transmission and 4×2 drive with Traction Control +. The Renegade S and TrailHawk offer 4×4 drive and nine-speed automatic transmission. In the S version, the Select-Terrain system has four drive modes, while in the Trailhawk, it has five modes and is chanceled by the Jeep’s Trail Rated seal.
